Returning something

Start it within fourteen days of delivery

From the returns portal, or from Orders in your account. You will need the order number and the email you used.

We email a label

Usually within a few hours. If we sent the wrong thing or it arrived faulty, the label is on us.

Send it back unworn, unwashed, tags on

The original mailer is fine to reuse. Hats travel better with something soft inside the crown.

Refund within five business days of arrival

Back to the original payment method. Your bank may take another few days to show it.

In every parcel

Inside every order is a pinch of authentic sea salt from the salinas of the Ria de Aveiro, where only a handful of traditional working salt pans remain.

It is there because our founder's grandmother worked the Portuguese coast as a varina, carrying fresh fish and sea salt through the streets. It is the one part of the parcel that is not for wearing: the Atlantic sun, the salt air and the work of generations of coastal families, arriving alongside the piece. The whole story is here.
